Any price we give you is a quote for the work described in it, based on what we could see when we looked. If we find something that changes the job, we will tell you before doing any extra work.

4. Photographs on this site

The photographs on this website were published by Irish Channel Landscaping on its own Facebook page. They show finished jobs and are not a promise that your yard will look identical.

5. Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current at the moment you read it. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call us and ask.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, such as our Facebook page, we are not responsible for its content or for how it handles your information.

The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

11. Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from Irish Channel Landscaping, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

12. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Irish Channel Landscaping operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (504) 315-5070. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Irish Channel Landscaping is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Irish Channel Landscaping collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have.
